I’ve built them. Led them. Made brilliant decisions. Made expensive ones too.

I’ve sat around boardroom tables. I’ve sat around kitchen tables wondering whether we’d made the right decision.

I’ve learnt that businesses don’t usually need another idea. They need someone prepared to ask better questions.

Someone who isn’t emotionally attached to every decision.

Someone who can see what they’ve become too close to see themselves.

That’s why I don’t arrive with a script or somebody else’s framework. I bring experience. Commercial judgement. Another perspective.
