I remembered exactly what it felt like.

For more than three decades I’ve built businesses, spent over forty years in sales and dedicated nineteen years to building and owning a respected brand in the electrical industry.

In 2022, after selling my shareholding, I chose a different path.

Because I remembered exactly what it felt like. The responsibility, the pressure and the weight of every commercial decision landing on my desk.

There were times I wished I had someone experienced standing beside me. Someone who understood what it really felt like to lead a business. Someone who could challenge my thinking, help me see what I was too close to see and give me the confidence to make the decisions I already knew I needed to make.

Today, I get to be that person for other business owners and leadership teams.
