Sales Scool and Weekly Planning

Each Monday session runs for 90 minutes and is split into two focused parts.

45 minutes of Sales Scool training covering:

  • Building and refining your sales process

  • Pipeline and opportunity management
  • Effective and timely follow-up
  • Pricing with clarity and confidence
  • Sales conversations and conversion
  • Sales mindset and behaviour

45 minutes of discussion and weekly planning where you:

  • Apply the training directly to your business
  • Identify priority opportunities and actions
  • Clarify who needs following up and what needs moving forward
  • Set your week up to support consistent sales activity

All Sales Scool training sessions are recorded and added to the Sales Only portal so you can revisit the material at any time.

Fridays

Accountability and Support Session

Fridays are focused on progress and momentum. You’ll review what you’ve done during the week to move sales forward, talk through any challenges and get clear direction on what to do next.

This ensures sales remains a consistent priority and doesn’t get pushed aside by delivery or day-to-day demands.

What happens in the Monday sessions?
Mondays are 90 minutes long. The first 45 minutes are dedicated to Sales Scool training covering key areas of sales such as process, pipeline management, follow-up, pricing, conversations and mindset. The second 45 minutes focus on discussion and planning so you leave with a clear sales plan for the week ahead.
Are the training sessions recorded?
Yes. All Sales Scool training sessions are recorded and added to the Sales Only portal so you can revisit them anytime or catch up if you miss a session.
What are the Friday sessions for?
Fridays are accountability and support sessions where we review what you’ve done to move sales forward, address any challenges and set clear next steps to maintain momentum.
Do I have to commit for a minimum period?
Yes. There is a minimum commitment of three months to ensure you have enough time to build structure, consistency and measurable improvements in your sales activity and results. After that, the membership continues on a monthly rolling basis and you can cancel anytime.
Is this suitable for product-based businesses as well as service-based ones?
Yes. Sales Only supports both product-based and service-based businesses. The principles of managing sales effectively apply across all business types.
What if I rely mainly on referrals?
Referrals are valuable, but they shouldn’t be your only source of sales. Sales Only helps you build a structured and proactive approach so your business isn’t dependent on referrals alone.
What if I can’t attend every live session?
You’ll still benefit from the recorded Sales Scool sessions in the Sales Only portal, and you can rejoin live sessions whenever you’re available. The structure is designed to support real business owners with busy schedules.
Can I cancel anytime?
You can cancel after your initial three month commitment. From that point, your membership continues on a flexible monthly basis.
